My journey with this pipe began with a false start. The coating blistered on the very first smoke — a disappointing sight. I reached out to the maker, and to their credit, the response was swift and gracious. A replacement arrived without hesitation. Customer care, simply exceptional. As for the pipe itself, the design is undeniably intriguing. Clearly inspired by the Falcon concept, yet reimagined — an acrylic architecture paired with a bowl mounted on a threaded system quite unlike the original. It accommodates two filter types: a standard 9mm and a Falcon-style option, though the lower air intake evokes something of a calabash in spirit. It shines particularly well with heavier aromatics, where the filtration softens the edges and keeps the experience composed and pleasant. A final, unexpected note: since the damaged pipe was never reclaimed, I took a fine grit to it and stripped the coating entirely. And beneath it — beauty. Once polished and given a light waxing, it revealed itself as a truly handsome piece. Sometimes a flawed beginning hides a better ending.
