XIKAR/BOVEDA (58%RH 8g) is a bi-directional humidity controller made by global leaders in the production of such humidifiers. It features an accuracy of +/- 1% in a sealed environment, which is not usually possible for humidors. It monitors humidity, automatically adding or removing moisture. It will never humidify above the value specified on the package, so it is impossible to use it in "too much". All ingredients in the regulator are FDA (Food and Drug Administration) compliant and will not expose anything in its environment through direct contact. The reverse osmosis process inhibits the penetration of contaminants, ensuring that only pure steam passes through the membrane into the humidor.

Absolutely easy to use - just place the sachets in the humidor or tobacco jar. The humidifier is maintenance-free, there is no need to monitor its operation and refill with water - replace the pack when it hardens.
