Anton & Wincent Brown Rockfish Briar Pipe

Wincent is a pipe line created in a dedicated Mr.Bróg studio, operating under enhanced technological standards and using carefully selected raw materials. Produced in short runs, Wincent pipes present diverse and often collector-oriented interpretations of classic pipe craftsmanship.

This model was created in collaboration with the renowned Anton Pipes brand from Lviv, Ukraine.

The design is inspired by the Brown Rockfish (Sebastes auriculatus) — a long-lived (up to 34 years) Pacific rockfish species inhabiting coastal waters from Alaska to California. Growing up to 56 cm in length, it is distinguished by its reddish-brown coloration, dark gill-cover markings, and robust body structure.

This figural pipe depicts a finely carved fish head and is crafted from high-quality Italian briar in a strictly limited quantity. Deep and expressive carving — from the subtle lip contours to sharply defined fins — gives the piece a dynamic, sculptural presence. Much of the surface is lightly sandblasted to enhance realism. The pipe is stained and finished with a protective layer of hard Carnauba wax.

The bowl is pre-carbonized and designed for a medium tobacco load, making it best suited for shorter smoking sessions. The pipe features an ebonite Army Mount stem and is non-filtered.
