WINCENT pipe no. 22 Briar Churchwarden Bent Mr Brog

Churchwarden is a classic tobacco pipe distinguished by its exceptionally long mouthpiece. Model No. 22 has been handcrafted in our workshop near Przemyśl from Italian briar sourced from the renowned Mimmo Romeo. The pipe is available in two color variants: natural and teak, both coated with durable Carnauba wax.

Proper and flavorful tobacco smoking in a traditional pipe requires, among other things, controlling the ember in the bowl and maintaining the lowest possible burning temperature. Long Churchwarden pipes act as a natural cooler, lowering the temperature of the smoke before it reaches the smoker's mouth. This results in drier and more flavorful smoke, which is a significant advantage of this design. However, one downside is that cleaning the pipe after smoking is slightly more challenging – for this, we recommend using long pipe cleaners.

The bowl is spacious and pre-carbonized. The mouthpiece is made of durable acrylic and accommodates replaceable 9 mm filters. The set includes the pipe, a protective pouch, and a box. This model is produced in limited quantities – no more than a few pieces per quarter.

Wincent Pipes is a brand produced in a specialized workshop within Mr. Bróg, maintaining the highest technological standards and using the finest raw materials. Created in small series, these pipes showcase various aspects of pipe craftsmanship, making them highly appealing to collectors. The brand name pays homage to Wincenty Swoboda, the first Master Pipe Maker from Przemyśl.
