Description
The Churchwarden is a traditional tobacco pipe distinguished by its exceptionally long mouthpiece. Model No. 25 has been handcrafted in our workshop near Przemyśl from high-quality Italian briar, supplied by the renowned Mimmo Romeo. The pipe is available in two color variants: natural and teak, both protected with durable Carnauba wax.
For a comfortable and flavorful smoking experience in a classic pipe, it is essential to properly manage the ember in the chamber and maintain the lowest possible burning temperature. Long Churchwarden pipes act as a natural radiator, reducing the smoke temperature before it reaches the smoker's mouth. As a result, the smoke becomes drier and more distinct in flavor, which is a significant advantage of this design. However, one downside is that cleaning the pipe after smoking can be slightly more challenging – for this, we recommend using long pipe cleaners.
The bowl of this pipe is spacious and pre-carbonized. The mouthpiece is crafted from durable acrylic and accommodates replaceable 9 mm filters. The set includes the pipe, a protective pouch, and an elegant box. This model is produced in limited quantities – no more than a few pieces per quarter.
