1.1. Order Fulfilment and Delivery Times

The order fulfilment period, i.e. the time required to pack and dispatch the Product to the Customer, is specified in the description of the relevant Product and is usually 24 hours.

The delivery period, i.e. the time within which the selected carrier declares that it will deliver the parcel to the specified address, depends on the chosen delivery method and ranges from 1 business day to as many as 21 business days. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method, the destination country, and the carrier's operations.

Order fulfilment and delivery are separate processes.

If an order contains Products with different delivery times, the longest stated period shall apply, provided that it does not exceed 30 Business Days.

The delivery period for the Product to the Customer begins as follows:

1.1.1. If the Customer selects bank transfer, electronic payment or payment by credit or debit card, the period begins on the date the Seller's bank account or settlement account is credited.

1.1.2. If the Customer selects cash on delivery, the period begins on the date the Sales Agreement is concluded.

1.2. Product Availability for Customer Collection

If the Customer selects personal collection, the Product will be ready for collection within 15 Business Days, unless a shorter period is specified in the Product description or during the ordering process.

If Products in one order have different collection readiness periods, the longest stated period shall apply, provided that it does not exceed 15 Business Days.

The Seller will additionally notify the Customer when the Product is ready for collection.

The collection readiness period begins as follows:

1.2.1. If the Customer selects bank transfer, electronic payment or payment by credit or debit card, the period begins on the date the Seller's bank account or settlement account is credited.

1.2.2. If the Customer selects cash payment upon personal collection, the period begins on the date the Sales Agreement is concluded.
