Each pipe comes in a perfectly fitted case lined with soft fabric, offering safe storage and easy transportation. As every piece is made 100% by hand, no two are exactly alike.

Care and Use

To ensure long-lasting performance, the pipe should be cleaned regularly to prevent excess cake buildup. We recommend slow, even smoking—no more than once per day. Although meerschaum is resistant to burnout, it should not be overheated. With proper care, it will offer rich flavor experiences for years to come.

Available Variants

This pipe is available in two versions, differing slightly in detail:

• Model 1 – shorter shank with a lighter stem

• Model 2 – longer shank with a darker stem

Both versions feature an Army Mount stem, which is push-fit without a tenon. The stem fits in only one position and must be inserted with a firm, twisting motion.

The Meerschaum Pipe Crafting Process

Meerschaum pipes are highly valued for their lightness, cool smoke, and the natural patina that develops over time. Each pipe is created through a series of carefully executed steps:

1. Meerschaum Extraction
This lightweight, porous mineral is mostly mined in Turkey and carefully transported to local workshops.

2. Selection and Drying
Raw blocks are sorted by quality and size, then naturally dried.

3. Hand Carving
Using knives and chisels, artisans shape each pipe by hand, adding intricate patterns and forming the bowl, shank, and mouthpiece socket.

4. Drilling and Fitting
The smoke channel is drilled for proper airflow, and a connector is fitted for the stem, which may be made from acrylic, amber, or other materials.

5. Sanding and Smoothing
The pipe is finely sanded using multiple grades of sandpaper to create a smooth, refined surface.

6. Waxing and Polishing
Natural beeswax is applied to protect the pipe and give it a polished finish. Over time, this allows a beautiful patina to emerge.

7. Final Quality Check and Assembly
Each pipe undergoes a final inspection. Once approved, the stem is attached, and the pipe is ready for use or sale.
